How are your shirts made?

Our shirts are made using the process of DTF printing. DTF printing uses high quality water soluble inks that are bright, vibrant, and stretchable. Unlike sublimation they pop on any shirt color. There are no washing instructions required for our shirts as they are extremely durable and can be put in the washer and dryer with no extra care needed. 

How long does shipping take?

Our goal is to ship out every order as fast as possible. Typically our processing times range from 3 to 5 business days from our warehouse in Hickory, NC but can take up to 10 business days during our busier times. Shipping typically takes 3 to 6 business days via USPS for first class shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it ships.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. In the unlikely circumstance that you'd like to return your item(s) we will send you the additional info required to do so. All item(s) must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, no removed tags) in order to be eligible for a return.

Due to our many shirt options (colors, sizes, images), affordable pricing, and ability to give our customers the option to return and exchange purchases, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. We also will not be able to refund the original shipping cost we paid to ship it to you.

How do I initiate an exchange?

For exchanges, please follow the same procedure as returns. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and make sure all item(s) are in their original condition. We are unable to cover return shipping costs and will not be able to refund the cost we paid to ship it to you originally. You will receive a store credit/gift card for the remaining amount.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it's placed. Please make sure all the info is correct before submitting the order. We immediately order in the materials to make your purchase after you order, this limits us to being able to make changes to orders after they are placed. 

How do I cancel my order?

We are happy to accept cancelations within 24 hours after the order is placed. After this time period we have already started working on your order so we can no longer cancel. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour time period please contact us at TheDaveyBoutiqueLLC@gmail.com
