Returns and Exchanges
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. In the unlikely circumstance that you'd like to return your item(s) we will send you the additional info required to do so. All item(s) must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, no removed tags) in order to be eligible for a return.
Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date they were delivered to you. The package must be post marked by that date or we cannot accept the return.
Due to our many shirt options (colors, sizes, images), affordable pricing, and ability to give our customers the option to return or exchange purchases, we are unable to cover shipping costs.
Merchandise may be returned for an e-Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
*We don't accept returns or exchanges on seasonal/holiday related items or on custom/customized items.
How do I initiate an exchange?
For exchanges, please follow the same instructions as returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and make sure all item(s) are in their original condition. We are unable to cover shipping costs but you will receive a store credit/gift card for the item(s) you want to exchange.
How do I cancel an order?
Since every shirt is made to order, we cannot accept cancelations. Once your order is placed we immediately start processing it.
